Double Folding & Plating Machine

FOR FABRIC UPTO 3500MM
· Working Table descends upto 15” (380mm) in height.
· Cast Iron side walls are closed to make machine robust & Sturdy.
· Compensating device to release the Cloth tensionless
and without curls creases.
· Length of Folds reguable from 1.00meter to 1.20meter(on request).
· Folding blades are mounted on the carriage of special steel roller chains.
· A simple device for quick & exact adjustment of folding blade.
· Doubling controlled manually or automatically following selvedges.
· Doubling Triangle adjustable.

Open Width Stenter

open stenter is used to give stitching and batching to the cloth, once it reaches the finishing stage. This textile machine is used with the purpose of giving a fine finishing to the cloth.

PNEUMATIC PADDING MANGLE:

THE MAIN STRUCTURE IS FABRICATED OUT OF HEVY DUTY M.S. PLATE AND INCORPORATE WITH ENTRY DEVICE, RUBBER AND EBONITE SQUEEZING ROLLS S.S. TANK FITTED WITH S.S. GUIDE ROU.S AND PNEUMATIC PRESSURE SYSTEM.

PRE DRYER & COMPENSATOR:

THE SYSTEM CONSIST OF 20"/30" DIA S.S. CYLINDERS OF REQUIRED WITH TOTAL 4 " NOS. DYNAMICAIXY BALANCED AND GAS HEATED SYSTEM. CYLINDERS ARE MOUNTED ON HEAVY CHANNEL STRITCTURE FRAME WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES GUIDE ROLL PROVED FOR MAXIMUM CONTACT OF FABRICS THE COMPENSATOR UNIT ENSURING. PROPER SPEED SYNCHRONISATION OF THE STENTER AND MANGLE

BOW & WEFT STRAIGHTENER:

THE PRECISE BOW & WEFT STRAIGHTENER HAVING TWO CURVED RUBBER SLEEVE EXPANDER ROLLS & TWO EBONITE COATED ROLLS ARE PROVIDED FOR FULLY STRAIGHTENING OF THE FABRIC THE AUTO FEEDING DEVICE FITTED AT THE ENTRY OF THE STENTER.

STENTER:

THE MAIN STENTER MACHINE STANDS ON C.I. CASTED LEGS WHICH ARE COUPLED TOGHETHER BY C.I CASTED SUPPORTS ENSURING THE VIBRATION FREE MOVEMENT OF THE MACHINE. PRECISELY MACHINED C.I CASTED RAILS FITTED ON THE STRUCTURE FOR SMOOTH & ACCURATE RUNNING OF CUPS. THE CLIPS ARE S.G. IRON CASTED WHICH GIVES LONG & STURDY LIFE AND SPECIAL DESIGN KEEP THE PROPER TENSION WITHOUT DAMAGING THE FABRIC CLIPS OPENERS ARE PROVIDED AT BOTH THE ENTRY AND DELIVERY END OF THE STENTER. THE STENTER IS DRIVEN HEAVY DUTY SPROCKETS FULLY MOTORIZED & COMPLETE SYSTEMS OF WIDTH ADJUSTMENT IS FITTED ON THE MACHINE.

DRYING CHAMBRERS:

THE MAIN STRUCTURE FABRICATED OUT OF M.S. ANGELS & COVERED WITH FIBER GLASS WOOL, PAD INSULATED PANELS. WHICH ENSURES & KEEP THE PROPER TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE CHAMBER. THE CHAMBER COVERED COMPLETE LENGTH OF THE STENTER.

SELVEDGE DRYING & PLATING UNIT :

THE MAIN STRUCTURE FABRICATED FROM HEAVY M.S. PLATES AND 3 NOS STAINLESS STEEL CYLINDERS WITH HEATING SYSTEMS WHICH GIVES THE QUICK DRYIN FOR THE SELVEDGE OF THE FABRIC. THE COMPLETE PLATING DOWN UNIT AT THE END OF THE MACHINE

HEATING SYSTEM:

THE HEATING SYSTEM WILL BE GAS FIRED HEATING IN DRAWING CHAMBERS IS POSSIBLE WITH INFRARED RADIANT BURNER FITTED WITH COPPER CONNECTIONS. REGULATING WALVES & NEEDLE & CONTROLS VALVES IN THE PRE DRYER SELVEDGE DRYER UNIT "V TYPE BURNERS ARE FITTED WITH REQUIRED ACCESSORIES.

CONTROL :

CONTROL PANEL FOR THE MACHINE WILL BE FABRICATED BY 16 GAUGE CRC FINISHED WITH POWDER COATING AFTER DEFRO STING PROCEDUREC PANEL WILL BE INCORPORATED WITH THE ELECRIC SWITCH GEARS AS PER I.S. STD OF REQUIRED CAPACITY. ALL A.C. AND D.C. DRIVE WILL BE CONTROL BY SEPRATE AUTO MANUAL CIRCUITS FOR DIFFRENT FUNCTIONS OF THE MACHINE AND EQUIPMENT D.C. DRIVE WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH DIMMER JET CIRCUIT AS DIMMER STAT. TEMPRATURE CONTROL FOR EACH CHAMBER WILL BE PROVIEDED WITH TEMPERATURE COMPENSATING CABLE SENSOR DIGITAL INDITACTOR & CONTROLLER. THE COMPLETE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE WILL BE OPERATED AND CONTROL AT THE PUSH BUTTON TYPE CONTROL PANEL BOARD AND OPERATING CONSOLE FITTED ABOVE THE STENTER MACHINE

DRIVE :

THE MACHINE IS RUNNING WITH D.C. DRIVE. MAIN DRIVE MOTOR OF PADDING MANGLE AND STENTER ARE TEPS DC. MOTORS REDUCTIOB GEAR BOX IS COUPLED WITH THE MAIN MOTOR OF STENTER MACHINE.

FINISHING :

MACHINE WILL BE FINISHED WITH RED OXIDE PUTTY & PRIMER PAINT AND FINALLY WITH 3 COATS OF INDUSTRIAL PAINT. OPTIONALLY FINISHED WITH POWDER COATING PROCESS AT EXTRA COATS.
