Desizing Padder
Desizing Tank is made from 316 quality S. S. Materials. The tank can have open of fully enclosed construction as per requirement. The number of rollers in the tank facilitates suitable liquor take up of every kind of fabric which is to be desized. The machine speed can be lowered or raised for proper take up of the liquor for different grade of fabric.
Size reducing floatte is added manually or automatically by the help of dosing from feeding tank. Desired tension is provided between entry and exit of fabric. In this manner more suitable floatte is absorbed in the fabric.
By the help of driver machine speed could be reached at desired level. Both rubber and ebonite roller of the squeeze mangle is 300mm dia, and carrier rollers are of 125mm dia.
At the exit side contact type batcher with individual drive is provided.
