Can finish lycra fabrics in single run with required weft and warp shrinkage at the speed of 40 mt/min.
Specially designed heavy warp pull to control the width of the fabric and warp pull control by PLC.
Motorized antiskew device to control skew setting of fabric twill by forwarding and reversing movement of motors.

Three curve bars provided at the inlet of the cylinder dryer to control bowing in fabric.
Moisture controller provided to control the required moisture on the fabric.
Specially design shrinking unit to achieve shrinkage up to 18% depend upon quality at the fabric with residual shrinkage 1%.
2500 mm dia. Mirror polished Jacketed main palmer cylinder with rotary joints.

2 nos. of cooling cylinders provided at the exit of palmer unit to cool down the fabrics.

Texshrink Relax dryer

The relax dryer for ladder-proof fabrics based on the well known principle of air percussion drying system.
The air movement produces undulations in the fabric and at the same time it expands the knitted fabric causing dimensional shrinkage and selvedge opening. The fabric is transported through the drying chamber on a conveyor belt being usually overfed to obtain length shrinkage.
Each section is equipped with air recirculation device consisting of A.C. motor, with fan blower on special air blades. Blower can be easily dismantled for maintenance and cleaning.
An exhaust control is installed for optimize thermal efficiency. Each drying section has its own temperature control system. Air heating is performed by steam or thermical oil radiators or alternatively equipped with direct gas burners.
Machines are available from 1200mm to 3400mm working width.

Float Dryer

For intermediate drying after bleaching, Mercersing

For Pre dying The machine arranged at the feed end of hot air Stenter to increase the Stenter machine production.

For final drying Either preceded by a Dye Padder or individually arranged. Due to contactless drying becomes the most suitable machine for trouble free drying.

Specially design 3 Bowl Pneumatic padding mangle 2 nip & 2 dip type attached with it to dye the fabric without any center selvage. Mostly used for Phthalogan Dyeing.

Suitable for light & heavy fabric.

Specially designed liquor trough for minimum loss of dye liquor.

Specially designed blower and nozzle for achiving uniform temperature throughout chamber.

Specially designed insulated doors and panels to avoid heat radiation.
The machines are avaliabel from 1200mm to 2600mm working width.
Controlled Compressive Shrinking Range

The most versatile capable of shrinking light weight cottons to heaviest denims and cotton blended suiting & shirting in a single passage and to impart feel & fall to the fabric.
Different configuration for 100% Polyester and polyester Blended and for denim fabric can be offered.
Shrinkage 0-18% depending upon fabric quality.
Minimum and Controlled tension
Main palmer cylinder of jacketed type mirror polished
Already in operation are machine up to 3400mm working width.
(A) Spray damp and skier unit to apply moisture & live steam to fabric. Evenising cylinder to control required moisture on fabric.
(B) Specially constructed steaming cylinder provided for applying live steam and moisture to the fabric Roto damp(Disc Humidifier) to apply required moisture to the fabric (Optinal)
(C) Bension spray and skier unit provided to apply moisture and steam to the fabric. Evenising cylinder for control require moisture on fabric.

COMPTEX - Open Width Belt Compector
A compact shrinking equipment best suited for open width knits, cottons and cottons blended fabrics in not so large lots. Occupies less space but delivers required results hence boon to the processors operating in limited space.

Specially constructed steaming cylinder provided for applying live steam and moisture to the fabric.
Specially designed scroll roll with drive for crease less transportation of fabric throughout machine.
Can shrink the fabric for 1% residual shrinkage .
Mini felt unit provided for drying , stretching and stabilize the achieve shrinkage and feel on fabric.
Design for absolutely tension less transportation of fabric by PLC control
