Five sueding rolls, each driven by a 5 HP AC drive, are covered with a choice of sanding grits for various fabrics.

Set of adjustable tension bars between sueding rolls ensure optimum control.

Non-breakable, transparent covers allow constant viewing of the sueding rolls.

Set of lint collection ducts are built-in, ready for external connection.

Electrical control panel is pre-wired to fit individual plant specifications. and tested at our factory.

Compact Design

"SOFTFEEL" is a universal machine planned and manufactured to obtain with a mix between diffrent grains of abrasive bands and abrasive brushes the complate range of sueding and brushing.

Absolutely clear visibility of on going process.

Positively driven scroll roller for creaseless fabric feeding.

"SOFTFEEL" can be equipped with 2/3/4 imported brush rollers

The brush rollers are made in carbon composite fiber with a diameter of 350mm and can rotate with high speed.

Variable brush speed for required feel

Powerful fluff suction to keep fabric, brush rollers and the inside area clean and dust free.

Multi point inverter controlled drive ensures controlled fabric tension.
